Karia Rosalyne Zamudio

Karia Rosalyne Zamudio is an experienced professional in project management and analytics, currently serving as the Projects & Analytics Lead in Customer Service Operations at Shopee. Previously, Karia held roles as a Process Engineering Officer at Jollibee Foods Corporation and was part of the Jollibee Group’s Future Leaders Program. Karia also worked as an Online English Tutor at RareJob Philippines, Inc., and as a Time Study Analyst on a project basis at Bounty Fresh - Red Rooster Agro Industrial Ventures Inc. Additionally, Karia gained experience as an On-the-job Trainee in the Lean Systems Department at Dole Philippines, Inc. Karia holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Ateneo de Davao University and has completed a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Training Program at Ateneo de Manila University.
