Radzi R. is an experienced professional in fraud operations and risk management, currently serving as the Fraud Operations and QA Team Lead at Shopee since August 2021. Responsibilities include leading a team of fraud specialists, monitoring fraud trends, and managing detection tools to ensure regulatory compliance. Prior to Shopee, Radzi held positions at Cognizant as a Subject Matter Expert, TNG Digital Sdn Bhd as a Senior Associate focused on eWallet fraud operations, and various roles at PayPal from April 2011 to June 2019, contributing extensively to fraud risk evaluation and merchant fraud prevention. Radzi began a career in customer service at Scope International and holds a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree in TESL from Universiti Teknologi MARA.
