Weichen Sheng

Weichen Sheng is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business management and operations. Currently serving as the Head of Business for Mitra Shopee at Shopee since October 2019, Weichen oversees all aspects of the business unit and optimizes daily operations for peak performance. Prior to this role, Weichen held the position of Head of Merchant Operation for ShopeePay and ShopeeFood, managing similar responsibilities. Earlier experience includes leadership positions in business development at Sea, focusing on Ocha and AirPay Counter, as well as heading the Game Community Event for Garena's League of Legends. Weichen holds a Master's degree in Education from The University of Western Australia and a Bachelor's degree in Business Computing from the University of Wales. Education was completed at Hwa Chong Institution.
