Karrthik Ramanathan

Karrthik Ramanathan is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Shopflo and Flo Labs since May 2025, while also contributing as a Community Member at The Shape of Work. Previously, Karrthik held the position of Senior Talent Partner at UNIQODE, where significant achievements included scaling the workforce from 24 to 140 employees in three years during the company's growth phase. With earlier roles in recruitment and talent acquisition at PhonePe and as a Human Resources Intern at Focuslay, Karrthik has honed skills in hiring both tech and non-tech talent. Karrthik holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, Psychology, and English Studies from Christ University, Bangalore.
