Rebekah Kondrat

Rebekah Kondrat has a long and varied work experience. Rebekah began their career in 2014 as a Flagship Store Leader at Warby Parker. In 2016, they became the Head of Stores at Outdoor Voices. In 2017, they were the Director of Retail at Joybird. In 2018, they were a Partner, Retail Strategy and Operations at Loose Threads, as well as a Board Member at Adoptive and Foster Family Coalition of New York. In 2021, they were the SVP Retail at retailOS, a Retail Development Advisor at Players Cafe, and a Board Member at Inevitable Foundation. Finally, in 2022, they became the Executive In Residence at The Fashioneering Lab, and is currently the Founder and Managing Partner at rekon retail.

Rebekah Kondrat received their Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Classical Ballet from The New School. From 2011 to 2014, they attended the NYU School of Professional Studies and earned a Certificate in Human Capital Management, with a focus in Employment Law, Organizational Behavior and Development.
