María Fernanda Rico Aguirre has a diverse work experience in the field of customer success and communications. María Fernanda is currently working at ShopFully as the Head of Customer Success & Control Campaigns for LATAM. Previously, they held the same position at Tiendeo. Before entering the customer success field, María worked as a senior consultant at Modum estrategia y comunicaciones. María Fernanda also has experience in brand management and communications, having worked as a Brand and Communications Manager at COLSUBSIDIO. In addition, María worked as a Communications Manager at Trimedia comunicaciones and started their career as a journalist at RCN TV.
María Fernanda Rico Aguirre has a diverse education history. In 2007, they completed a degree in Social Communication and Journalism from the Politénico Grancolombiano. In 2011, they pursued a Diploma in Strategic Management of Communication from the same institution. María Fernanda further expanded their knowledge in the field of marketing and commercial management through various courses. In 2014, they completed a course in Consultative Sales and another course in Marketing from CESA. In 2015, María Fernanda obtained a Master's degree in Marketing Direction and Commercial Management from OBS Business School. María Fernanda further enhanced their expertise in this field with another Master's degree from OBS Business School in 2016. Currently, María Fernanda is pursuing a Diploma in Digital Marketing at the Universidad de La Sabana, which they started in 2021 and is expected to complete in 2022.
