Paolo Gargiulo

Paolo Gargiulo has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Paolo started their career in 2007 at GEDI Gruppo Editoriale, where they served as an HR Plant Manager and HR Manager, tasked with implementing HR strategies and managing union relations. Paolo then joined Iveco Group in 2011, first as an HR Specialist and later as HR Manager Sales & Marketing Africa & Middle East. In 2013, they joined CNH Industrial, where they held roles such as HR Business Support Parts & Services EMEA and HR Plant Manager, responsible for executing HR strategies and managing human capital. In 2014, they moved to YOOX Group as an HR Business Partner, before becoming the Head of HR Italy at YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP in 2015. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at ShopFully since May 2020.

Paolo Gargiulo obtained a Laurea in International Law from Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II in 2001. In 2004, they pursued a Masters in International Relations at the University of Westminster.
