Aubrey Blocker is an experienced professional in customer success and claims management. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Shopgenie since July 2023, Aubrey has prior experience as a Senior Claims Examiner at Sedgwick, where responsibilities included investigating and evaluating claims for major clients such as Pepsi and Frito-Lay.
