Asha Nataraja

Asha Nataraja possesses a wealth of experience in compensation and rewards management, currently serving as the Head of Total Rewards at Shopify. Prior to this role, Asha held the position of Director of Incentives and Performance Management (Senior Vice President) at Truist and served in various capacities at Wells Fargo, including Compensation Manager and Senior Compensation Consultant.
