Marion Escaffre

Marion Escaffre is the Head of New Business Sales at Shopify, managing teams across Southern Europe and EMEA. Previously, they held various roles at Microsoft, including EMEA Program Excellence Manager, where they drove pipeline discovery initiatives and facilitated stakeholder engagement. Marion also gained experience at Criteo as Team Lead Sales for Mid-Market France, consistently achieving high team targets. They earned a Master's degree in International Marketing from ESIC and an MBA from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
