Una Chen

Una Chen is a seasoned product project manager with extensive experience in the technology and financial sectors. Currently at SHOPLINE since June 2021, Una focuses on delivering customized solutions for the Southeast Asia office and serves as the product owner for an online-to-offline redemption application. Prior to SHOPLINE, Una held the role of project manager for business development at NEXT BANK and worked as a product project manager at Ace Exchange, a leading fiat-digital currency exchange in Taiwan. Una's earlier career included roles as an operational specialist and product planner, where strategic planning and operational efficiency were key responsibilities. Educationally, Una holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Social Work from National Taipei University.
