Zoe Zhu has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Zoe most recently served as the Director of Recruiting at SHOPLINE, where they led a team of 12 Talent Acquisition Managers and 4 recruitment coordinators, overseeing the hiring of over 1000 positions per year across 4 business units worldwide. Zoe reorganized the recruitment team into specialized practice areas and cross-functional centers of excellence, and implemented creative sourcing strategies and employer branding to optimize the candidate pipeline. Prior to their role at SHOPLINE, Zoe was the Head of Talent Acquisition at JOYY Inc., where they had similar responsibilities. Zoe also has previous experience as a Team Leader/Project Director at Yanboon, where they led a team of recruitment consultants and was responsible for developing and executing the business strategy for the Technology recruitment team.
