Danielle Brescia, SHRM-CP

Danielle Brescia, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles in the field of human resources and talent management. Starting in 2010, they worked at Target as an Executive Intern in Human Resources, gaining experience in Target Stores' operations and company programs. Danielle also served as a Team Member during this time.

In 2014, Danielle joined Piksel Inc. as an Office/HR/Recruitment Coordinator. Danielle then moved on to Innovative Employee Solutions in 2015, where they worked as an Employment Specialist, providing specialized outsourced payroll and HR administration services to clients nationwide. Danielle also worked at ColRich during this time, serving as the Director of Human Resources.

From 2014 to 2018, Danielle held leadership positions at HR CAFÉ, serving as a President and a Board Member. HR CAFÉ is a professional peer membership organization focused on human resources, organizational development, talent management, and intentional cultures.

In 2018, Danielle joined Cloudbeds as the Director of People Operations, where they oversaw people operations and later moved to the role of Director of People Operations.

Most recently, in 2022, Danielle started working at Shopmonkey as the Director of Global Human Resources. Danielle has since been promoted to the Senior Director, People & Talent role.

Danielle Brescia, SHRM-CP, obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication from UC San Diego. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as the "Harassment Prevention Trainer" certification from HR Café in December 2019, and the "SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP)" certification from SHRM in June 2015.
