Jennifer Welker is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in the real estate investment sector. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Shopoff Realty Investments since May 2023, Jennifer previously held the same title at Versity Investments, LLC, where Jennifer contributed to the company’s success in acquiring multi-family and student housing assets and facilitating over $1 billion in equity offerings. Jennifer's earlier roles include Senior Vice President of Accounting & Finance at The Picerne Group and Corporate Controller at Nelson Brothers Professional Real Estate, where responsibilities encompassed comprehensive financial oversight and reporting. Jennifer holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from San Jose State University, earned between 1993 and 1996.
