Wyatt Prichard

Wyatt Prichard is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in asset management. Currently serving as a Senior Asset Manager at Shopoff Realty Investments since September 2021, Wyatt previously held the position of Director of Asset Management at PRES Companies from May 2013 to September 2021. Wyatt began the career at CIP REAL ESTATE PROPERTY SERVICES as Assistant Vice President, followed by an Associate role at Lee & Associates. Wyatt holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from California State University, Fullerton, earned between 1995 and 2000.
