Chris Reed

Chris Reed has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Chris is currently serving as the Chief Investment Officer at ShopOne Centers REIT since September 2021, and previously held the position of Executive Vice President, Acquisitions at the same company from July 2020 to September 2021. Before joining ShopOne Centers REIT, they worked at Brixmor as the Vice President, Acquisitions & Dispositions from January 2015 to July 2020. Prior to that, they held the role of Director of Capital Transactions at WP Realty from January 2011 to January 2015. Chris started their career as an Analyst at Berkadia Commercial Mortgage LLC in October 2009 and also served as an Asset Resolution Manager at the same company during that time. Chris began their career in 2008 as an Associate at Transwestern Commercial Services and worked there until October 2009.

Chris Reed completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance at the Fox School of Business at Temple University in 2007.

Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance and Real Estate from Villanova University from 2010 to 2012.
