Jack Ventimiglia

Jack Ventimiglia has extensive experience in construction and project management.

From 2017 to present, they worked as the Vice President of Construction at ShopOne Centers REIT. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing construction projects.

Prior to that, from 2016 to 2017, Jack worked at Shinola as a Construction Project Manager. Jack successfully managed construction projects during this time.

From 2007 to 2016, Jack worked at Centro Properties Group as the Design Services Manager. Their responsibilities included managing operating and capital budgets, creating bid packages, and negotiating construction contracts.

Before their time at Centro Properties Group, Jack worked at Brixmor from 2006 to 2016. Here, they held the positions of Design Services Manager and Project Manager, Construction. Jack leveraged their knowledge of construction management and practices to effectively assist in the direction of construction for a portfolio of grocery anchored shopping centers.

From 2005 to 2006, Jack worked at Champagne Homes as a Superintendent. Jack oversaw the construction of custom residential homes and provided supervision and direction to contractors and subcontractors.

Earlier in their career, from 1996 to 2006, Jack worked at D'Anna Associates/D'Anna Mauro Associates as a Surveying Manager/Technician. Jack designed and prepared site plans and construction documents, performed topographical surveys, and conducted construction staking and site surveying.

Before that, from 1995 to 2004, Jack worked as an Engineering Manager at D'Anna Associates.
