John Roche

John Roche is the current CEO and CFO of ShopOne. Prior to this, they were the Chief Financial Officer of Retail Opportunity Investments Corp from September 2009 to December 2012. John was part of the team that successfully converted the SPAC to a perpetual life retail REIT, which became an $800 million shopping center REIT focused on the west coast. During their tenure, Roche acquired approximately $800 million of assets, including $200 million of distressed debt. John also executed a $75 million follow-on common stock offering in December 2011, and implemented an ATM common equity program which has raised approximately $40 million of additional equity.

John Roche has a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Queens College, City University of New York and a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School.
