Joseph Loparrino

Joseph Loparrino is the Chief Accounting Officer at ShopOne. Joseph previously worked as a Commercial Real Estate Analyst at Townhouse Partners from October 2019 to March 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Summer Analyst at Madison Realty Capital from June 2018 to August 2018.

Joseph Loparrino's educational career began at Ward Melville Senior High School where they studied economics and data analysis. Joseph then went on to Wesleyan University where they obtained their Bachelor of Arts in economics and data analysis.

They work with Jennifer Mackay - Regional Leasing Director, Tom Shine - SVP, Property Management, and Jake Hinton - Regional Leasing Director. Joseph Loparrino reports to John Roche, CEO & CFO.
