Matt Racak has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Matt started their career at Belden Inc.-Alpha Wire as a Territory Manager, where they provided sales and marketing services to current territory customers and expanded the customer base. Matt then moved on to Wisenbaker Builder Services as an Account Manager, responsible for managing sales and relationships with customers. Currently, Matt holds multiple roles at Shoppa's Material Handling, including Vice President of National Account Sales and Executive Vice President of Sales. In their previous roles at Shoppa's, they served as the Dallas Regional Sales Manager and Key Accounts Manager, responsible for managing sales teams, achieving sales objectives, and directing activities at major and national customer accounts.
Matt Racak earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing from Texas A&M University, which they attended from 2004 to 2007. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career. These certifications include the Global Logistics Associate (GLA) from APICS in February 2017, Warehousing and Distribution Essentials from Vincennes University in February 2017, Advanced Industrial Product Knowledge School from Nilfisk-Advance in January 2014, Sales-Toyota Certification and Sales-Warehouse Certification from Toyota Material Handling, U.S.A., Inc. in December 2012, Consultative Selling Insight (CSI) from The Walker Consulting Group in February 2011, and Forklift Attachment-Basics from Cascade Corporation in February 2011.
