Sharyon de Souza

Sharyon de Souza holds extensive experience in strategic leadership roles within the pharmacy and operations sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director of Strategy, Intake & Prioritization for National Operations & Pharmacy Transformation at Shoppers Drug Mart, Sharyon has also held various senior positions focused on pharmacy operations and transformation. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Loblaw Companies Limited, where Sharyon advanced from Project Specialist to Director. Sharyon's career began at Shoppers Drug Mart in several in-store roles, culminating in a management position. Currently pursuing an advanced education at Ivey Business School at Western University, Sharyon also holds a diploma in Human Resources from Sheridan College.
