Samiksha Jain

Samiksha Jain has over 6 years of experience in Human Resources. Samiksha started their career in 2015 as an HR Intern at Corporate Steps, where they gained an understanding of the recruitment and selection process. In 2016, they joined Netlink Software Group America Inc as a Human Resource Executive and Business HR, where they were responsible for increasing workforce capability, providing change leadership, talent management, and succession planning. In 2019, they moved to Softdel as a Human Resource - Talent Management, where they were responsible for employee opinion surveys, formulation of an enterprise-wide R&R Framework, and formulation of a Business Unit Learning Map for Career Framework. In 2021, they joined Cloudwerx as a Senior Human Resources Associate, where they developed and implemented HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, managed on boarding and off boarding, provided clerical and administrative support, and ensured legal compliance throughout human resource management. Currently, they are working as a People Manager at ShoppinPal since 2023.

Samiksha Jain completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource from the Institute of Professional Education and Research in 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Commerce and Business Administration from The Bhopal School of Social Sciences in 2014. Samiksha also holds a Business English Certificate (Preliminary) from the University of Cambridge.
