Sales Operations & Logistics at SOKO

Medinah Ndhaya has worked in various roles since 2017. Medinah started at SOKO as a Global Sales and Logistics Associate, where they were responsible for cultivating, developing, and maintaining wholesale relationships with new and existing customers. Medinah also supported internal sales operations and oversaw the sales order processes in various stages, as well as maintaining product catalog and CRM systems. In addition, they were the Production Lead at SOKO, where they were responsible for daily, weekly and monthly reporting of production progress, human resource utilisation with production and data analysis within the supply chain. Medinah also created a sales order planner/tracker to determine turnaround time of projects and provide clear visibility on the movement of sales orders.

In 2017, Medinah Ndhaya began working at Tusqee Systems Ltd. as a Sales and Marketing Representative, where they were a Brand Ambassador and made phone calls and organised meetings that boosted sales of the sematime services.

Prior to this, in 2016, Medinah Ndhaya worked at DREAMS (NOPE) as a Data Clerk, where they were responsible for data cleansing, reviewing and providing data entry services in the DREAMS enrolment forms in all the supported wards. Medinah also confirmed the DREMS IDs were in all the forms for easy sorting before entry into the MIS system and entered the Enrolment information from the data forms into the MIS system.

Medinah Ndhaya completed a Bachelor's degree in Bachelor of Arts (Mathematics and Economics Major) at The University of Nairobi between 2012 and 2016. In 2022, they completed a Nanodegree in Data Analysis from Udacity.
