Lukas Hochmeister

Lukas Hochmeister has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Lukas is currently working as the Head of Operations & Finance at Shopstory, where they are responsible for customer success & support, after-sales services, finance & accounting, operations, and organizational development. Prior to this role, Lukas worked as a Senior Project Manager at Getsafe, where they focused on insurance product management and business development for car and health insurance in Germany. Lukas has also worked as a Management Consultant and Associate Partner at brains, providing growth and optimization consulting services to multinational and SME clients. Additionally, Lukas has served as a mentor at weXelerate and founded their own company, Altitude Ventures GmbH, MyBaseCamp.com. Lukas started their career as an Audit Intern at IB Interbilanz Huebner Wirtschaftspruefung GmbH. Lukas has a strong background in project management, strategy, and finance, with experience in various industries including insurance, consulting, and startups.

Lukas Hochmeister completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from IMD in 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in International Business Administration from WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) between 2007 and 2011. In 2009, Lukas also participated in an exchange program at the HKUST Business School, focusing on Business Administration.
