Adéla Holzmanová

Adéla Holzmanová is a seasoned People Business Partner at Shoptet, responsible for enhancing the employee journey across multiple teams, including Engineering and Finance. As a co-founder of the Prague Talent Acquisition community TA🗯LKS, Adéla engages over 200 active members and remains active in current talent acquisition trends. Previously, Adéla served as People Operations Lead at Talkbase, where key processes such as onboarding and performance management were established. Adéla's tenure at Productboard included roles from Senior Engineering Recruiter to EMEA Sourcing Lead, creating scalable hiring processes and supporting employer branding initiatives. Earlier experience at Slevomat provided expertise in recruitment and HR marketing, while previous roles at GoodCall and VZP ČR contributed to a diverse background in talent sourcing and HR. Adéla holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Charles University.
