Johana Kučerová

Johana Kučerová has diverse work experience in various roles and companies.

Johana started their career as a Hostesing in various agencies from April 2008 to September 2015.

In 2015, they worked as an Operator of an escape game at Trap Prague from January to December, and also as a Barista at Kavárna snů from February 2015 to March 2016.

Their next employer was Slevomat, where they held several positions from November 2015 to September 2021. Johana started as a Part-time Customer Care Assistant, then became a Customer Care Specialist, followed by a Team Leader in Customer Care, and finally a Customer Care Manager.

From November 2021 to August 2022, Johana worked as a Branch Manager at Czechitas in Prague and Brno.

Currently, they are working as a Core Onboarding Manager for the Czech branch of Shoptet starting in November 2022.

Johana Kučerová attended VOŠ Mills Čelákovice from 2016 to 2019, where they studied Zdravotní laborant. Prior to that, they pursued their secondary education at Gymnázium J.S. Machara - Brandýs nad Labem from 2005 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a Google Data Analytics Certificate from Coursera in March 2022.
