Petr Broum

Petr Broum currently serves as the Supervisor of the Customer Success Team at Shoptet since December 2020, where responsibilities include leading a team of Customer Success Managers, hiring and onboarding new colleagues, coaching, developing the team, and enhancing efficiency while ensuring business results. Prior to this role, Petr held positions as Senior Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Manager at Shoptet, contributing to the company's mission of facilitating online business growth. Previous experience includes working as an Account Manager at Seznam.cz, the largest web portal and search engine in the Czech Republic, and as a Store Manager at Comfor Stores a.s., where leadership and sales goals were key responsibilities. Petr holds a degree from Metropolitan University Prague.
