David is a Manager at Shore Capital Partners, a microcap private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have between $1-10 million of EBITDA. David’s responsibilities include working with portfolio company management teams to improve operational performance, implement strategic initiatives, and prepare acquired platforms for add-on acquisitions and de novo growth.
Prior to joining Shore, David was an experienced Manager at PwC in Chicago within their Deals practice. While at PwC, David provided buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence services for both private equity and corporate clients on potential transactions across industries including healthcare, business services, third party logistics, and consumer goods and services. David’s responsibilities included analyzing target company data and leading diligence meetings with companies to provide insights to clients regarding a target company’s quality of earnings, net working capital, and operational metrics while also coordinating cross-functional diligence teams. Prior to joining the Deals practice, David spent two and half years in PwC’s assurance practice, serving public and private clients in the financial services and industrial products industries.
David is currently an MBA candidate at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and received his B.S. and his MPAcc (Master of Professional Accounting) from Butler University.
