Ross Koenig

Ross Koenig is the Chief Data Officer at Shore Capital, a microcap private equity firm focused on companies with $1-10M of EBITDA. Ross is responsible for developing data strategies and executing initiatives related to data governance, systems architecture, business intelligence, and predictive analytics.

Prior to joining Shore, Ross worked at RCP Advisors / P10 Holdings, a diversified alternative investment firm, where he founded the firm’s internal Research department. He oversaw the provision of several data-driven solutions to improve, enhance, and streamline processes across investment decision-making, diligence, sourcing, marketing, and portfolio monitoring. Previously, Ross was an Associate on RCP’s investment team, responsible for underwriting primary, secondary, and co-investment opportunities. He started his career as an Investment Banking Analyst with Raymond James.

Ross received a B.A. in Economics and Mathematical Methods in the Social Sciences with a Kellogg Undergraduate Certificate in Financial Economics from Northwestern University.
