Jenny Diaz has a long work history in customer service and operations roles. Jenny began their career in 2005 as a Business, Commercial and Sales Assistant at Uplink Mexico, IT Consulting Services. In 2011, they moved to Transcom, where they worked as a Customer Service Representative for eBay Spain. During their time at Transcom, they were named a "Top Performer" by the eBay Headquarters in Ireland. In 2012, Jenny joined Avis Budget Group EMEA as a Collections Specialist. During their time there, they managed to collect outstanding debt of up to 5M € per month and was again named a "Top Performer" in the team. Finally, in 2015, Jenny joined Shore GmbH, where they held the roles of Customer Operations Manager, Customer Development Manager, Receivables Manager, Team Lead, and Operations Support/Lead Quality Manager. In their role as Operations Support/Lead Quality Manager, they attended requests from European countries regarding Leads management, maintained Sales test accounts and back office profiles, checked credit ratings, and verified large amounts of data.

Jenny also attended UAV from 2003 to 2005, where they obtained a Computer Systems technician degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services.
