Theresia Fink has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2009 as a Receptionist / Rezeptionistin at Hotel Gutwinksi. Theresia worked in this role for a year before moving to Hotel Kristberg, where they were a Receptionist / Rezeptionistin for another year. In 2011, they moved to Hotel Carmen, where they held the same role for four years. In 2015, they began working as a Student Assistant at Leopold-Franzens Universität Innsbruck. That same year, they also began working as a Working student / Werksstudentin at thyssenkrupp Presta AG, a role they held for a year. In 2017, they began working as a Project Management Trainee at Swisstranslate and as a Freelance Translator at Theresia Fink. Finally, in 2018, they began working at Shore GmbH as a Team Lead Customer Success, Senior Customer Success Manager Spanisch/Französisch/Deutsch, and Customer Relations Manager Spanisch/Französisch.

Theresia Fink completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Translation Studies / Translationswissenschaft from the Universität Innsbruck in 2014. Theresia then went on to pursue a Master of Arts (MA) in Translation Studies / Translationswissenschaft at the Leopold-Franzens Universität Innsbruck, which they completed in 2017.
