Ashley Ward serves as the Director of Sales Enablement at Shorelight, leading a high-performing team of over 120 professionals dedicated to global student recruitment in international higher education. With a strong background in strategic project management, operations, and training, Ashley empowers teams through enhanced sales operations and data-driven decision-making. Previously, Ashley held key roles at Willamette University and Oregon State University, focusing on recruitment and marketing across diverse regions. Ashley possesses a Bachelor's and a Master’s Degree in English Language and Literature and Teaching, respectively, from Oregon State University and Western Oregon University.
