Tara Pinsonneault

Tara Pinsonneault has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Tara started their career as a Management Assistant at Enterprise Rent-A-Car in 2008, where they focused on improving customer service and satisfaction, advertising, and overseeing customer service operations. In 2009, they transitioned to Daniel Webster College as an Admissions Counselor, where they conducted interviews and correspondence with prospective students and provided support throughout their enrollment journey. In 2012, they joined Navitas at UMass Lowell as an Admissions Officer, where they evaluated international student applications and managed administrative processes and services for international admissions. Tara'smost recent role was at Shorelight, where they held various positions including Assistant Director of Global Admissions, Associate Director of Global Admissions, and currently, Director of Enrollment Management, Partner Operations. In these roles, they were responsible for leading admissions teams, developing and facilitating programs with partner universities, liaising with campus departments, and producing virtual open houses and informational sessions.
