Ole-Erik Endrerud began their work experience in 2008 as an Assistant Mechanic at National Oilwell Varco, where they repaired drilling equipment and performed inspections. In 2011, they worked as a Maintenance Planner at Aker Solutions and then moved to Statoil in the same position in 2012. Also in 2012, they joined Petrad as a Case Work Assistant. From 2010 to 2020, Ole-Erik worked at the University of Stavanger (UiS) in various roles, including Doctoral Research Fellow, Project Manager, and Teacher Assistant. Ole-Erik then became involved with Shoreline Wind in 2014, where they held positions such as Chief Technology Officer, Chairman of the Board, and currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer.
Ole-Erik Endrerud's education history begins in 2004 when they attended Sirdal School of Sports, where they obtained a High School degree in Sports Studies in 2007. After completing their high school education, from 2007 to 2010, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Stavanger. Ole-Erik then continued their education at the same university, from 2010 to 2012, where they earned two Master of Science degrees in Offshore Technology, specializing in Marin- and Subsea Technology, as well as Industrial Asset Management. In 2011, Ole-Erik briefly studied Arctic Offshore Engineering at UNIS. Finally, from 2012 to 2020, they attended the University of Stavanger again, this time earning a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Offshore Technology. Additionally, in 2015, they completed a Global Entrepreneurship Training program at Babson College.
