Scott McGallagher

Scott McGallagher is a Social Science Teacher at Chicago Public Schools, currently teaching in the International Baccalaureate-Diploma Programme at Morgan Park High School. Prior to this role, Scott gained experience as a Senior Deckhand at Shoreline Sightseeing, a Pre-Service Student Teacher at Stephen T. Mather High School, and a Youth Worker at Chicago Youth Centers. Scott also has research experience as a Research Intern at the Robert R. McCormick Foundation, focusing on civic learning practices and grant-making. With a background in education and a Master of Arts in Teaching from National Louis University, Scott brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to their role in shaping young minds.
