Alayna Cavagnaro

Alayna Cavagnaro is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in commercial real estate management and hospitality. Currently serving as Operations Manager and previously as Senior Project Management Associate at Shorenstein Realty Services since February 2020, Alayna has a proven track record in overseeing California-based commercial properties and executing administrative tasks with minimal direction. Prior to this, Alayna held roles as Operations Support Manager at Shorenstein Realty Services and Account Manager at Cotter Health Centers, Inc. Alayna's career also includes significant experience in the food industry as General Manager of Grilla Bites, where a commitment to sustainable practices was paramount. Furthermore, Alayna completed an Event Planner Internship with Butte County Cultural Tourism, contributing to large-scale community events. Alayna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication and a minor in Recreation Administration from California State University, Chico.
