Mattson Hill has over 15 years of experience in human resources and has held various leadership positions in prominent companies. Mattson currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Shorenstein Realty Services, where they have been since 2015. Prior to that, they worked at Prometheus Real Estate Group, starting as a Human Resources Generalist and eventually rising to the position of Director of Human Resources & Training. Before joining Prometheus, they gained valuable experience at W San Francisco, where they held multiple roles including Front Desk Agent and F & B Manager. Mattson holds an MBA and SPHR certification.
Mattson Hill earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Management from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, where they studied from 2001 to 2006. Mattson then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in the Executive MBA Program at Saint Mary's College of California from 2013 to 2015. Prior to their university education, they graduated from Thomas Downey High School in 2001. Mattson Hill has also obtained several certifications, including a Brand Ambassador (Trainer) Certification from Prometheus Real Estate Group, Inc., as well as the SHRM-SCP and SPHR certifications from the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) respectively.
