Lisa Cefalo

Lisa Cefalo has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Lisa started their career at Meadow Park Elementary as a Paraprofessional from September 2004 to May 2011. Lisa then worked at PSA Healthcare as an LPN from September 2012 to June 2014. From 2018 to 2021, Lisa worked at Bayfront Health Port Charlotte and Punta Gorda as the Director of Organizational Learning and Development. In 2016, they joined Bayfront Health Port Charlotte as the Executive Director of Nursing Services, also taking on the role of Director of Education from December 2018 to December 2021. Lisa currently works at ShorePoint Health Port Charlotte & Punta Gorda as the Executive Director of Nursing Services, beginning in July 2021. Additionally, Lisa has served as an Adjunct Faculty at FSW State College from January 2020 to November 2022.

Lisa Cefalo has a diverse education history. Lisa began their studies at the University of Florida in 1985, focusing on accounting. After a break, they pursued a career in nursing and obtained their Practical Nursing degree from Charlotte Technical Center in 2011. Lisa furthered their education at Florida SouthWestern State College, where they earned their RN degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse in 2016, followed by a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing in 2017. Lisa Cefalo then pursued a Master of Science in Nursing Education at Western Governors University from 2018 to 2019.
