Tina Balaka

Tina Balaka has extensive experience in the real estate industry, currently serving as the Sales Director at Shorewest Realtors since May 2002, where the focus is on office growth and support for agents. Tina has previously held the position of Assistant Sales Director, providing coaching to both new and experienced agents, and also worked as a Sales Agent, assisting buyers and sellers throughout the real estate process. In addition, Tina was the Chairwoman of the Board of Directors for the Great Milwaukee Association of Realtors in 2013, collaborating with industry leaders to uphold professionalism and advocate for homeownership. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Retail Manager at The Buckle, where responsibilities included hiring and training staff to enhance customer service and sales.
