Sana Currimbhoy

Sana Currimbhoy currently serves as a People Manager at Shorooq Partners, starting in July 2024. Prior to this role, Sana worked at Sainsbury's from April 2020 to July 2024 as a Talent Partner, where expertise in stakeholder management and innovative talent strategy development for the Marketing division was cultivated. Previous experience includes serving as Organisation Design Manager at Sainsbury's, where leadership of medium to large Organisation Design programs was a focus, and as Assistant Manager in People Consulting at KPMG, which involved strategic transformation projects. Sana began a career in human resources at Lloyds Banking Group, progressing through various roles after joining via the HR graduate leadership program. Academically, Sana holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from The London School of Economics and a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from BPP University.
