Karyn Carlton

Karyn Carlton has extensive work experience in various management roles focused on customer experience, technology implementation, and CRM. Karyn is currently the Director of Salesforce Delivery at Shorr Packaging Corp. Previously, Karyn worked at Cars.com where they held multiple positions including Senior Director of Customer Experience, Director of Enterprise Technology, Director of Enterprise Applications, Senior Manager of CRM, Manager of CRM, and Business Integration Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for developing and implementing strategies, leading teams, and ensuring alignment between departments and systems.

Karyn Carlton has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Liberal Arts & Sciences with a major in Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Karyn also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from DePaul University - Charles H. Kellstadt Graduate School of Business, where they focused on a dual concentration in Management Information Systems and Leadership and Change Management. Additionally, Karyn has obtained a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification from Salesforce in October 2019.
