Aloys B. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 2014, they worked as a Site Auditer and Draftsperson for Greatergroup, where they conducted audits and created drafts for commercial fit-outs. Aloys then joined K2 Projects as a Junior Contract Administrator and Project Manager, assisting the company director in managing projects and handling general administration tasks.

In 2015, Aloys worked as a Site Supervisor for BeneTerra, overseeing construction sites. Aloys later became self-employed as a Handyman, providing services as a sole trader from 2016 to 2018. During the 2018-2019 winter season, they worked as a Seasonal Worker in the ski and paragliding industry.

Aloys then enrolled at Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1 from 2009 to 2011, earning a Diploma of Civil Engineering. In 2011, Aloys attended Ecole des Mines d'Alès for a period of three years, till 2014, where they acquired an Engineer's degree/Master degree in Management and Design of Construction. Additionally, in 2012, they briefly studied at the University of Strathclyde, focusing on Management and Design of Construction, eventually completing their Master of Civil Engineering.
