Neha Sharma Joshi is a seasoned UI/UX designer with extensive experience in leading design initiatives across various companies. Currently serving as the Manager-UI/UX Designer at Shorthills AI since December 2020, Neha is responsible for creating wireframes and mockups within an Agile/Scrum team framework. Prior experience includes a role as Lead - UX & Product Design at InfoTachus Pvt. Ltd., where collaboration with management and clients helped shape effective UX strategies. Neha also worked as Team Lead - Mobile UI/UX at Spice Labs, focusing on design specifications and documentation, and progressed through roles such as Mobile UI Designer and Sr. Graphic Designer at Planet Web Solution Pvt. Ltd. Neha holds a Master of Computer Applications from Banasthali Vidyapith and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Rajasthan.
