Lauren Dodd

Lauren Dodd is an experienced professional in education and career development, currently serving as Head of University Partnerships at Impact Consulting since September 2024, focusing on enhancing work experience opportunities for university students. Previously, Lauren held leadership roles including Head of Education Strategy at Shortlist.Me and Shortlister, and Manager of HubSpot Academy, where oversight of international educational content was key. Lauren's extensive background also includes the Director of Employer Relations and Operations Manager positions at Oregon State University, as well as strategic roles at INTO Suffolk University and INTO Newcastle University, emphasizing student services and experience. Lauren holds a Master’s degree in Management, Policy, and Practice from The University of Manchester and a Bachelor of Arts in International Geography from the University of Leeds, complemented by studies at The University of Queensland.
