Carter Pilcher is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership and finance. Since April 2000, Carter has served as Chief Executive at Shorts International, driving strategic initiatives within the company. Prior to this role, Carter was the Vice President of Emerging Markets at Bankers Trust from 1997 to 1999 and held the position of Legislative Director in the U.S. Senate between 1988 and 1996. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center and an MBA from London Business School, complemented by a Bachelor of Science degree in International Relations and Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy.
