Michael Buchallet

Michael Buchallet is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in the media and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at ShortsTV since June 2017, Michael has spearheaded the launch of the ShortsTV+ app and overseen the technical deployment of various OTT services and linear TV channels across multiple regions. Prior roles include Senior Technical Program Manager at ShortsTV, Program Manager at NAGRA UK, and Project Manager at Viaccess, among others, where Michael managed large-scale, complex projects and led cross-functional teams. Michael holds a Master’s degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, and Computer Science from CPE Lyon and is trained in Scaled Agile Framework methodologies.
