Rebecca Starr Davenport has over 8 years of professional experience. Rebecca began their career in 2012 as a Customer Service Rep/ Team Lead for IHG at CGS (Computer Generated Solutions). In 2014, they worked as a Customer Service Representative for Vonage Business Solutions and as a Product Support Specialist for TMP Worldwide. Rebecca then moved to CareerBuilder in 2015, where they worked as a Technical Analyst. In 2016, they joined Capture Integration as a Client Experience Manager for ShotFlow One, and later became the Director of Client Experience for ShotFlow. Finally, in 2023, they became the Director of Training at ShotFlow.

Rebecca Starr Davenport has completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Computer Software Engineering from Herzing University between 2014 and 2020. Rebecca also holds an Associate of Arts (AA) in Information Technology from University of Phoenix, which they obtained between 2010 and 2011.
