Shotgun Players
Sharon Shao is an experienced educator and performer with a background in theater arts and customer service. Currently serving as an Educator at Berkeley Playhouse since September 2018, Sharon prepares classroom content and delivers lessons on various aspects of theater. In addition, Sharon has been an Actor with UCSC Shakes-to-Go since January 2015, touring and performing for diverse audiences. Sharon also manages front-of-house operations at Shotgun Players and has contributed as a Business Office Assistant/Analyst at ITS, showcasing strong organizational and customer service skills. With prior experience as a Technical Specialist at Apple and an Acting Intern at Santa Cruz Shakespeare, Sharon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Theatre Arts from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
