Ryan Dranginis has extensive experience in various leadership and marketing roles. Their most recent role was as the Vice President of Marketing at ShotQuality, where they led the marketing and product teams. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Marketing Officer at BidMyListing, Vesta, and Vylla, where they played a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies. Ryan also held the position of Vice President of Product and Technology Solutions at Carrington Holding Company, LLC, where they led the company's digital strategy. Additionally, Ryan Dranginis has experience as the Chief Operations Officer at GridMeNow, Director of Market Operations and Development at VisibleBrands, and Manager of Ad Network Development and Account Director at the Rubicon Project. Ryan started their career as a Founding Partner at Yootu.Net after serving in the United States Marine Corps as a Headquarters and Service Company Commander and Supply Officer.

Ryan Dranginis completed their education at the United States Naval Academy from 1996 to 2000, earning a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Oceanography, Chemical and Physical. In 2017, they attended Reforge for the Growth Series. In terms of additional certifications, Ryan obtained the Hubspot Marketing Software Certified from HubSpot in September 2022, the One Month Python certification from One Month in July 2017, and the IAB Digital Media Sales Certificate (DMSC) from IAB in March 2012.
