Jennifer Godbold

Jennifer Godbold has extensive experience in the fields of customer success, account executive, and technical training, with a focus on IBM i2 technologies. Their roles have included Customer Success Manager at Blue Light LLC, where they demonstrated IBM i2 portfolio technologies, created webinars, and instructed custom courses. Jennifer has also worked as an IBM i2 SME, Client Solutions Professional at IBM, and Technical Trainer at i2, Inc. Jennifer Godbold holds a Master of Arts in International Communication from the American University School of International Service, earned from 1996 to 1998. Prior to this, they completed their BA Honours in Political Science at McMaster University from 1991 to 1995. Additionally, they studied Political Science and Government at the University of Leeds from 1993 to 1994. Jennifer also holds various certifications in fitness and IBM i2 technology.
